Refund policy

Each Meyori notebook is individually hand-decorated, making every peace unique. 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

If your order arrives damaged or receive the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. 

Personalized or custom-made items are final  sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
